A spreadsheet works beautifully while one person fills it in. The moment a whole team touches it, data gets overwritten, there is no history of changes and nobody knows which version is current. That is when it pays to build a tool that enforces the rules for you.
First, though, we ask whether it has to be custom at all. Plenty of needs are met by an existing product and we will say so. There is no sense building a half-million-crown system where configuring an existing tool would do. Custom makes sense when you have a process nobody else has.
When we do build, we start with an analysis phase. It establishes what the first version must do and what can wait. We deliver in stages, so you have something usable in hand well before everything is finished.

MATHMAN is our own platform: user accounts, progress tracking, gamification and an operation we answer for. We built it from nothing and we still look after it.
The internal systems we have built for clients are private by their nature. They live behind a login and cannot be put on a website as a reference. We can still show them when we meet, including what they saved the business.

We analyse the process, not a feature list
Before any code is written we go through how the work actually happens today. Often half the requested features turn out to solve a problem that can be removed another way.
We deliver in stages
The first usable version goes live well before the whole system is finished. Invoicing follows the stages, so you pay for work delivered.
We connect to what you already run
Accounting, stock, email, a payment gateway or single sign-on with your company accounts. The system should sit among your tools, not beside them.
No vendor lock-in
The code and the infrastructure are yours and the documentation is handed over with the project. If you decide to continue with someone else, nothing holds you back.

A web application or SaaS MVP costs 220,000–600,000 CZK excluding VAT over ten to sixteen weeks. It is preceded by a discovery phase at 40,000–90,000 CZK, which produces the fixed price and the deadline. A full version and long-term development start from 550,000 CZK.
When you have a process existing products cannot handle, or when licences for dozens of users cost more than the build. If a tool exists that covers your situation, we will tell you, even when it means we do not win the work.
Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons companies come to us. You gain access rights, a history of changes, data validation and an end to rekeying. For simpler record-keeping we will first consider a no-code tool, which comes out cheaper.
Data runs on infrastructure registered to you, inside the European Union. We cover roles and permissions, encryption, backups and sign-in through your company accounts. Specific requirements are settled in the analysis phase.
Yes, our registered office is at Nové sady 988/2 in Staré Brno. For custom systems we recommend at least the first meeting in person, because processes are easier to explain around a table than over email.
